Salon: News agency claims second new bin Laden tape
Feb. 13, 2003 | LONDON (AP) -- A second tape attributed to Osama bin Laden has the al-Qaida leader saying he wants to die a martyr this year in the "eagle's belly," in an apparent reference to the United States.

A British-based Islamic news agency says it has a new audio tape from Osama bin Laden, in which he says he will become a "martyr" this year. The al-Ansaar news agency says it acquired the tape from an unidentified man through the Internet, and believes it to be authentic.
